Dear Lucy Hope,
Today, we gave Lifeline Children’s Services our official
notice that we wanted to adopt you into our family to fulfill what we had
prayed about last Christmas Eve. This was called a Letter of Intent (LOI). It
took a few days once I got back from Maoming to get everything in order, but
now we have officially asked China to allow us to be your parents and to bring
you home as soon as possible. Now, we wait…again. But at least now, we have our sights set on you, Lucy Hope of Maoming. We know for certain that one day, you'll come home to be loved by your new forever family. And because of Lily Grace and Lia Faith, we know what a great blessing you will be to us.
